This page explains what personal data FIFTYSEVEN collects
through fiftyseven.co, why, and what you can ask of us.
1. Who is responsible
PETAR STOJAKOVIC PR FIFTYSEVEN, Radnoti Mikloša 22, 24000
Subotica, Serbia; tax ID (PIB) 109697943.
For anything on this page, write to hello@fiftyseven.co.
2. What we collect when you browse
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, loaded through
Google Tag Manager, to understand how the site is used: pages
viewed, time on page, the referring site, device and browser
type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address.
Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga and _ga_*) to tell visits
apart.
With your consent, we also use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to
measure visits that come from LinkedIn and to see aggregated,
company-level statistics. LinkedIn sets its own cookies.
With your consent, we also use Microsoft Clarity to see how
pages are scrolled and clicked, through aggregated heatmaps
and session recordings in which text you type is masked. Clarity
sets its own cookies.
Our host, Vercel, processes technical data such as IP address,
request time and browser type to deliver the site and keep it
secure; this needs no consent.
3. What we collect when you get in touch
When you write to us, we receive your name, your email address
and whatever you choose to share. We use it to reply and, if we
work together, to run the engagement.
Discovery calls are booked through Calendly, which processes
the details you enter there.
If you subscribe to our updates, Mailchimp holds your email
address so we can send them, and every email carries an
unsubscribe link.
Giving us personal data is always voluntary; without contact
details we simply cannot reply.
4. Why we use it
To answer enquiries and prepare proposals, to deliver the work
we agree on, and to understand which pages are useful and
where visitors come from.
Analytics and LinkedIn measurement run only on your consent.
Correspondence runs on the steps you ask us to take before a
contract, and on the contract once we work together. Hosting
data runs on our legitimate interest in a site that works and stays
secure.
5. Who else receives it
Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, and Workspace for email),
LinkedIn, Vercel, Calendly, Mailchimp and Microsoft (Clarity),
each as our processor or under its own terms.
Some of them process data outside your country, including in the
United States, under standard contractual clauses or equivalent
safeguards.
We do not sell personal data, and we make no automated
decisions about you.
6. How long we keep it
Google Analytics keeps event-level data for 2 months and
user-level data for 14 months; reports are aggregated.
Correspondence is kept as long as the conversation, the
engagement and our legal record-keeping require.
7. Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, a correction, deletion, a
restriction or a copy in a portable format, and you can object to
processing or withdraw consent at any time.
Write to hello@fiftyseven.co and we answer within one month.
You can also complain to the data protection authority where you
live.
8. Cookies
On your first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics
and LinkedIn cookies. Decline keeps them off, Accept turns
them on, and Cookie settings on this page lets you change your
choice at any time. The site works fully either way.
9. Changes
When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
